Unfortunately, life threw Taquiela some curveballs along the way. She was diagnosed with a serious illness that left her fighting for her life. She lost her mom, which was a devastating blow. And she went through a painful divorce that left her feeling lost and unsure of what the future held.

But through it all, Taquiela refused to give up on her dreams. She saw lingerie as a way to empower women and help them feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. She knew that by pursuing her passion, she could help inspire others to do the same.

Taquiela spent countless hours learning everything she could about lingerie design. She studied fabrics, learned about the latest trends, and honed her skills until she was confident that she could create pieces that would make women feel unstoppable. And finally, after years of hard work and dedication, she launched Delisa Rose Luxury Lingerie in February 2023.
